Spiritual Leadership
Rabbi Kozlow holds a Bachelors degree in Judaic Studies and a Masters degree in Rabbinic Literature from the American Jewish University in Los Angeles, as well as a second Masters degree in Rabbinics and Rabbinic Ordination from The Academy For Jewish Religion CA. We are affiliated with the United Synagogues of Conservative Judaism, and we use the traditional Sim Shalom Siddur for our Friday evening and Shabbat morning services. Religious School
Beth Israel conducts a Sunday religious school program for children in pre-kindergarten through second grade, and a Wednesday/Sunday program for grades three through seven. Our active Post- B’nai Mitzvah group also meets on Sunday mornings for lively Torah study as well as a variety of other Jewish topics taught by guest speakers from the community.
